Nowadays people are divided into two groups talking about capital punishment: for and against.

Capital punishment should be reinstated because of deterrence theory. People who want commit a crime will think twice before doing it. Next points are to save taxpayers money, ensure public security and murderers should get what deserve. The statements against mostly are humanely. First of all, sometimes innocent people are wrongly convicted and can not be released from prison and death penalty. The other reasons to forbid capital punishment are: the state has no right to take a life from individual also death penalty is not tolerated by Christianity.

It is very difficult to find a right decision: should capital punishment be band or not.
